PLOT

The story revolves around the Anarchy sisters, Panty and Stocking, who are angels banished from Heaven due to their misbehavior. They arrive in Daten City, a place that plays on the Japanese word for "fallen angels," situated between Heaven and Hell and plagued by malevolent spirits known as "Ghosts." Under the supervision of the reverend Garterbelt, the sisters are tasked with using their unique ability to transform their underwear into weapons to fight these evil spirits. As they battle, they earn "Heaven Coins," which they hope to use to return to Heaven. However, Panty and Stocking often get sidetracked by their obsessions with men and sugary treats.
