PLOT
Montblanc, the celebrated Swiss robot famed for his military service during the 39th Asian War, is brutally murdered, leaving both robots and humans mourning his loss. His popularity had only grown post-war due to his dedication to environmental protection and his friendly demeanor. Assigned to investigate Montblanc's death is Gesicht, a robotic Europol detective and fellow war veteran. As he delves into the case, Gesicht uncovers clues about a mysterious entity known as "Pluto." He also learns of a sinister plot targeting the eight specialized robots who participated in the war. Faced with the challenges of memory, ethics, and a society that is increasingly hostile to machines, Gesicht races against time to protect the surviving robots while grappling with the fragile coexistence between humans and machines.
