PLOT
Captain Atomic, a superhero from Mega City, is dealt a blow when his displeased sidekick Mookie, also known as Sergeant Subatomic, turns him into a live sock puppet as he shakes hands with 12-year-old fangirl Joey Felt. The suddenly helpless superhero quickly learns that joining forces with the youngster is the only way he can restore his old abilities—a dream come true for Joey but not so much for Captain Atomic. Together, the two create an odd and awkward alliance that enables them to become Atomic Puppet and Nuclear Boy, the city's newest superhero team.
