PLOT

Because Vegatron, a potent radioactive ore, has been exploited, the Vega homeworld has grown unstable. The cruel King Vega releases his forces, which are made up of flying saucers and enormous robotic creatures, in an effort to broaden his militaristic dominion and find a new planet to reside on. He begins by attacking nearby neighbors like Fleed, a highly developed but peaceful world. The formerly lovely, lush Fleed has been transformed into a radioactive wasteland. The Grendizer, a robotic representation of the Fleedian God of War, is stolen by the sole known survivor of the royal family, Crown Prince Duke Fleed, before it can be used by the Vegan invaders as the flagship of their invading fleet. Grendizer, a huge robot monster, communicates with Spacer (Spaizer), a flying saucer that gives the robot the ability to fly.
