PLOT
Both Kai Etou and Haru Kurabayashi are fresh to their positions as criminal investigators at the Narcotics Control Department of the Bureau of Health and Welfare. Kai, a 22-year-old weak but kind man, can never harm anyone, no matter what. To assist individuals in quitting narcotics, he adopts the moniker "matori," which refers to a criminal investigator at the Narcotics Control Department. Haru, a diligent worker who is conscious of his abilities, stays away from Kai since he is useless and kind to everyone. Haru and Kai's first task is to detain a notorious drug dealer. While doing so, Kai fights the suspect and sets off a "switch" that renders him merciless and unstoppable. Kai and Haru are getting closer to discovering the reason behind Kai's conduct and his past as they work to solve drug-related crimes.
