PLOT
Koyomi Araragi, a third-year high school student, wakes up in a weird, empty emptiness after meeting oddity expert Izuko Gaen, only to be welcomed by a happily familiar face in a frighteningly unknown location. Araragi navigates the tangles of his history and the conundrums of the present with the aid of his girlfriend Hitagi Senjougahara in pursuit of solutions. But fate puts him once more into contact with eccentric transfer student Ougi Oshino, who makes an unexpected suggestion that might shake the very foundation on which he is anchored. In his quest to unravel the enigma surrounding an apparition, Araragi unearths a reality that was never meant to be known.
