PLOT
Ebichu the hamster appears to be the ideal home pet because she goes above and above to please her mysterious owner, "Office Lady," by cleaning, shopping, cooking, and doing laundry (OL). Unfortunately, Ebichu frequently receives harsh and bloody punishment because of OL, her dishonest partner, and his unbridled enthusiasm for ice cream. Ebichu doesn't appear to mind the treatment, though, as long as she succeeds in making her adoring owner a little pleased.
