A variety show for the Otaku channel 2.5 Chigen TV served as the inspiration for "Mahou Shoujo Taisen" (2.5 Dimension TV). The characters are mahou shoujo, which stand in for each Japanese small town. The winning characters from the second pixiv illustration contest will make an appearance in the anime.
