PLOT
In the year 2038, seven years had passed since the Xianglong Crisis, in which a quantum reactor burst and set off a series of events that wiped out civilization. The city of Neo-Xianglong established the creation of MOEV (Multi-purpose Organic Evolution Vehicle) mecha to fend off the BRAI. It also sparked a rapid evolutionary process that transformed the majority of animals into bio-mechanical creatures known as BRAI (Biological Revolutionary of Accelerated Intellect). A stable quantum reactor known as the Hyper Drive is provided by Leon Lau, a scientist who was previously exiled from Neo-Xianglong for his involvement in the Xianglong Crisis, to enable the MOEV of the established Pandora Unit to combat a number of BRAI that are being strengthened by a similar device created by the enigmatic Sieg.
