PLOT
Monsters that are filthy spirits break the law by entering the world of humans. A group of monsters unexpectedly attack Tsutomu, a student at Yokai Elementary School. Enma-kun, the son of Enma, Yukiko, a snow woman, and Kapaeru protect him from the monsters. They are Monster Patrol agents sent to detain monsters in the human world.
