PLOT
Students at the prestigious Tennomifune Academy receive training in a variety of fields, including the arts and sports. With the exception of Class 1–7, often known as the "Happiness Class," who have been designated as "unfortunate" and are therefore required to work to overcome their own misfortune and find happiness. In the series, Anne "Hanako" Hanakoizumi, who has bad luck, and her friends Ruri, Botan, Hibiki, and Ren, who also suffer from setbacks, search for happiness on their own.
