PLOT
In order to help create a first line of defense against the first Mongol invasion of Japan in 1274, a group of captives are banished to Tsushima Island and the story follows them there. They initially join the S clan, which later unites with the Toi Barai clan to combat the invaders—mostly Mongolian and Goryeo armies, but also Jurchen people—who have also invaded.
