PLOT
One of the few organizations still in existence that can offer law enforcement and self-defense protection for cities that are trying to rebuild from the war and the floods is the various PMCs. With the majority of the Earth's cities underwater due to the onset of global warming followed by a third world war that brought calamity and turmoil to the people. Arqon Global Security Corporation, one of the PMCs offering law enforcement, is in charge of defending Fort Daiva City from terrorism, violent crime, and renegade unmanned machines known as Bug Mechs by deploying its elite military unit called Viper, which is commanded by its agents known as Blademen.
