PLOT
A 10-year-old girl named Poemi Watanabe (also known as Kobayashi) wants to become a well-known voice actress. Her voice acting is even awful as her poor academic performance, which is unfortunate. To save the day, Poemi takes a talking fish, turns it into a wand, and transforms into the magical girl Puni Puni Poemi after a mystery invader kills her parents and causes havoc around Tokyo.
