PLOT
The entire series is set in a retro-futuristic remake of the 1990s, which is both far behind and far ahead of modern technology in some areas. A G-Reactive fighter plane was being tested on January 1, 1995, when it was struck by a puzzling rainbow light and vanished. Five years later, Billy Kimura and Penny Carter, two boys, cross paths at a train station when a new bullet train using G-Reactive is being introduced. To their surprise, the train was struck by a rainbow ray of light and vanished. The two youngsters learn that aliens were starting to attack Earth after a series of encounters and incidents. Fortunately, engineers created the Sky Knight, a combat jet that can protect the entire planet. Billy, Penny, and their friends start their attempt to save humanity from the alien threat as the extraterrestrials start to invade.
