PLOT
At each of the five Earth-Moon Lagrange points, clusters of space colonies have been established by mankind in the distant future. The United Earth Sphere Alliance is made up of the countries that are on Earth. The tremendous military power of this alliance is used to oppress the colonies. The colonies get together to form a movement under the leadership of the pacifist Heero Yuy. Yuy is shot dead by an assassin in the year following Colony 175; this forces the colonies to look for alternative routes to peace. Following the completion of the Tallgeese mobile suit prototype, five disgruntled Organization of the Zodiac (OZ) scientists go rogue as a result of the murder.
