PLOT
Kobayashi, a programmer and office worker, is greeted by a huge dragon as she prepares for work right outside her front door. The dragon reveals herself to be Tohru and changes into a human girl wearing a maid uniform right away. It turns out that Kobayashi had encountered the dragon, who claimed to have come from another world, during a drunken mountain hike the previous evening. Kobayashi had then taken a holy sword from Tohru's back, for which she was grateful. Kobayashi offers to let the dragon stay at her house and work as her personal maid because Tohru is homeless, and the dragon accepts after falling in love with Kobayashi.
