PLOT
James Blood, a hot-blooded officer for the elite "Special Service of Crime" (SSC) section of the Capital Police Department, works in a fictionalized version of London. Crown prosecutor Monica Campbell's witness passes away unexpectedly while working on a well-known case concerning the LIVE Corporation; Sarah Sinclair is her subordinate. Soon later, a foe James believed to be long dead attacks the police station. James and Sarah eventually work together to identify the individuals responsible for these incidents, entwining them in a plot involving LIVE, fugitive inmates who were purportedly killed years earlier, and masks that grant their wearers superhuman abilities.
