PLOT
The main character of the series is Flint Hammerhead, a prehistoric youngster who was brought back to life from his fossil prison and sent to work as a Time Investigation for the Time Police, despite having questionable detective skills. Like Inspector Gadget, Flint's companions Sarah and Tony Goodman, who travel with him on his escapades, perform a lot of the heavy thinking. Flint, however, contributed to the war as he fought alongside his father Rocky Hammerhead, a partially revived sentient talking rock with a face. Flint used Rocky as a stone axe that was both a reliable weapon and a trusted advisor, the latter both during and after battle. As a Time Detective, Flint's task was to go through time and persuade Time-Shifters, adorable collectible creatures, to work with him to safeguard the timeline.
