PLOT
Il Palazzo, the mysterious leader of the ACROSS organization, is aware that it is difficult to take over the entire world; so, he plans to begin his conquests on a smaller scale by capturing the city of Fukuoka. The City Security personnel, a team made up of three (mostly) normal guys, a very severe lady, and some robots, are in the path of the Excel and Hyatt, two young cops tasked with carrying out this plan. Excel and Hyatt always manage to fail their missions, regardless of how straightforward they are, which almost always leads to the loss of life and a significant amount of property destruction.
