PLOT
Historically, 72% of all fatalities in London have been attributed to dragons, mythological creatures that are largely unnoticed by the general populace. Unknown to the majority, some people have been fighting these dragons. The only people who can see the dragons are those who reside in Reverse London, a secret area of London. Even then, only a chosen few develop the skills necessary to communicate with them directly as witches or wizards. Noel Niihashi and Ninny Spangcole, a witch couple, are the main characters of the story. They work as guardians for Wing Bind (WB), a management and conservation group for dragons. For the benefit of the populace, it is their responsibility to safeguard and control the dragons in London.
