PLOT
The series follows Tupu, a semi-wild girl who, despite her wild nature, maintains manners and a basic understanding of English. Tupu lives with her friend, Whatzup the squirrel, and frequently spends time with Norton, a boy who leads a privileged life and is chauffeured around town, particularly to Central Park in a stretch limousine. Tupu has befriended all the animals in the Central Park zoo. Meanwhile, Tupu is relentlessly pursued by Shoobert Shoobz, a Central Park guard who is determined to prove her existence but continually fails to catch her. His unverified claims about a wild girl in the park have led people to view him as eccentric.
