PLOT

The show centers around four adventurous toddlers: the brave leader Tommy Pickles, who has relocated from Akron, Ohio, to California; the cautious Chuckie Finster, who hesitantly explores the risky areas of the house; and the energetic twin infants, Phil and Lil DeVille, eager for new experiences. These toddlers communicate in a unique baby talk that is easily understood by viewers thanks to its translation.
