PLOT

Daizaburo "Eddie" Ban, a rookie police officer, joins the 34th precinct in New York City. He is partnered with John Estes, also known as Sleepy and Mad Bull. Mad Bull is known for his aggressive and unconventional methods of solving crimes, which often get him in trouble. Despite his questionable tactics, Mad Bull always has a reason for his actions. Together, Mad Bull and Daizaburo work to make New York a safer place.
