PLOT

Jackie Chan, an amateur archaeologist, discovers a magical artifact while working at his uncle's antique shop. This artifact, a shield containing one of twelve talismans, attracts the attention of his friend, Captain Black, who heads a secret government organization called Section 13. The criminal organization, Dark Hand, led by Valmont, also seeks the talisman. Jackie, his uncle, his niece, and their allies embark on adventures involving magic, danger, and the fate of the world.
