PLOT
The city's educational institutions are divided into distinct districts and operate largely autonomously. A central governing body, the General Student Council, oversees the academies collectively. However, the council's authority has been compromised following the enigmatic disappearance of its president. Consequently, numerous problems have arisen throughout Kivotos due to the lack of leadership. To prevent further turmoil, the General Student Council seeks aid from the Federal Investigation Club, also known as Schale. Schale, a recently established club, is tasked with investigating the incidents plaguing Kivotos under the mentorship of a Sensei.
