PLOT
Ryo Saeba, the renowned "City Hunter," and his partner Kaori are hired by a model named Ai Shindo to protect her after an attack. Shindo's employer, Shinji Mikuni, is an old friend of Kaori's. However, tensions arise when Mikuni's involvement in a major arms deal threatens to tear Ryo and Kaori apart. As mercenaries gather in Shinjuku and a new weapon arrives in Japan, the situation becomes increasingly dangerous.
