Jeanne invites Vanitas on a date in an effort to reduce his interest in her. Despite this, her ploy backfires as she enjoys seeing the sights of Paris with him while they are watched by Dante and Dominique. Meanwhile, Ruthven takes Noe to a cafe to question him about the enigma that is Vanitas and the fact that he may take advantage of Noe’s innocence.
