Division 2 are forced to enter an all Police Judo Tournament and are being beaten quite badly. In the middle of the match they are called to duty. Only problem is Ohta has a sprained ankle, and Asuma cannot even speak. Captain Goto instructs Kanuka to give orders to Noa.
