Pac must get help from an unexpected source when a spy ghost named Specter possesses Aunt Spheria's dog and infiltrates Sir Cumference's lab, but Specter, however, has plans of his own, when Pac and his friends find out Specter is a rebel who wants both Pac-World and the Netherworld for himself, they expose him as a liar and a traitor by using a slug-cam.
