Miho, Taro, and Akiru get caught in a heavy rain. The three of them take shelter under the porch from a nearby house. Taro sees a room full of toys and enters. All of the toys are dirty, used and some are even broken. Miho and her friends learn that the house belongs to a man that the neighborhood children call the "Toy Dr.".
