Nokuru is the youngest child of the founder of the Clamp Institute. Along with his two friends Suoh and Akira they prepare for the upcoming Founder’s Day Memorial Party event. They travel to the Tokyo Tower where the event will be held and Nokuru sees a woman upset, crying. He is unable to stop thinking about her and resolves to try and help her.
