Still at the hospital, Keita rescues Sakura and sees a pool filled with bodies. Then Hinoki arrives but she has been poisoned by the doctors. Even more problem arrise when the doctors are standing right behind Hinoki. The doctors are now out of poison but summons the thing that is responsible. Betterman arrives and saves them by transforming into his new form, Aqua. Another problem occurs when Betterman defeats the enemy but Hinoki, Sakura, and Keita were doused by the poison. How will Betterman save them? And where did the fleeing doctors go and how?
