He thinks he is a condor and befriends a woman at a condor sanctuary until his memory returns. The Raptors uses a sonic device to drive away humans from a tropical island. They buy the island for cheap due to its unsuitability for humans. Bad Rap is hoping to conquer other warm tropical places with the sonic device.
