At the same time, items mysteriously disappear where Starty is behind this due to Radley constructing a self-repair unit in him. After Starty comes in contact with the display of the robot Arty (who was built by the scientist Professor Otto von Otto), this causes a chain of events that activates all the robots in the museum who start helping Arty to repair Starty by claiming different items.
