The program ordered Admiral Ledger on the U.S.S. Flag to attack the Cobra ship Cerebus, but it disappeared in the Indian Ocean. Now Flint, Lady Jaye, and Heavy Metal have to take out Watchdog along with its faux designer, Dr. Hamler.
