Celebrity environmentalist Crystal Clearwater is coming to Hot Dog Hills for an event hosted by Mayor McBeagle involving declaring Hot Dog Lake the cleanest lake in the world as Mickey and his friends attend that event. When Crystal Clearwater lands her seaplane, it gets stuck. To help get it unstuck, Funny dispatches his submarine form so that Mickey and his friends can go underwater find out what is responsible.
