Phil plots with Poe to build a kingdom on Earth with her as his queen. The Willgem lifts off and stops by Hughes Harbor en route to Maniupich, the gateway to Zacktraeger. Loran and Fran determine the best place to dispose of the nukes is space, and follow the Willgem. Harry and "Dianna" meet the Willgem, and "Dianna" tries to prove she is the true Queen of the Moonrace to Guin and the Militia. Poe leads a squad to capture "Dianna" for Phil, but they are routed by Loran, Harry, and the Willgem's mega-particle cannon. Miran and other loyalists aboard the Soleil release "Kihel" on the off-chance that she is the real Queen Dianna.
