Yui, Laala, and Principal Bavaria arrive in Pakamastu Pagawa Prefecture and visit a noodle shop. Bavaria leave to go to a national principle's summit and Laala and Yui find out that Pakamastu Pripara is in the middle of a Noodle festival. They also meet a girl called Komugi, the daughter of the Udon noodle shop, who aspires to open her own shop one day...
